Mahnoosh Khosravi: Designer & Creative Director of the Mahnoosh Brand* Mahnoosh Khosravi, the designer and creative director of the Mahnoosh brand, is deeply passionate about creating unique and exquisite artistic products. She holds a degree in handicrafts and pursued her postgraduate studies in fashion and luxury business in Florence, Italy. With years of experience in photography and fashion design, Mahnoosh has gained invaluable expertise in these fields. She embarked on her journey in fashion design in 2011 and has since held several exhibitions in Isfahan and Tehran. Her artistic vision is rooted in Iranian arts, and she strives to infuse her creations with elegance and sophistication while supporting numerous artists along the way. Mahnoosh first introduced her Home collection in Florence, where it was met with great enthusiasm. Reflecting on this collection, she wrote on her Instagram page: “I thought of using the fabrics I had designed, along with the leftover pieces that remained unused, and the idea of creating decorative wall hangings came to me. I have always felt that their presence in homes adds warmth and charm to the space…” The Persian garden serves as the predominant source of inspiration for Mahnoosh’s collections. With each creation, she explores and unveils another facet of this enchanting world. Her works incorporate distinguished Iranian handicrafts such as embroidery, wood carving, miniature painting, and frame-making, blended with fabric design and printing. A special collection, commissioned by the beautiful *Sourijan Boutique Hotel, was unveiled there for the first time. This collection, *Gol o Bolbol (Flowers and Nightingales), features eight exquisite embroidered pieces, each created for one of Sourijan’s eight rooms. A harmonious fusion of nature, flowers, and birds, these artworks invite guests to immerse themselves in the rapture of the nightingale and the delicate beauty of the flowers—an enchanting experience brought to life through eight unique masterpieces.
